Tractor and Dirt Trailer Driver and Backhoe Operator
The Catholic Cemeteries are currently seeking a full-time Tractor and Dirt Trailer Driver and backhoe operator. The duties may include and are not limited to:
- Skilled in driving a farm tractor and dirt trailer.
- Some experience operating a backhoe.
- Perform other cemetery related jobs as needed and required by supervisors, like setting-up tents and lowering devices, etc.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers to accomplish tasks.
- Consistently monitor and maintain compliance with all work safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment to include equipment operated.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to operate the required equipment to complete tasks.
- Must show respect and sensitivity towards families and visitors.
- Must be able to work as a team member, communicate effectively with foremen, fellow employees, contractor personnel and families.
- Ability to work outside in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to use shovels, picks, jack hammers, hedge trimmers, loppers, hand saws, and other miscellaneous equipment and tools.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a drug test and a background check.

Seasonal Cemetery Grounds Maintenance
The Catholic Cemeteries are currently seeking employees for Seasonal positions (April 1st through October 31st / 28 hours per week). The maintenance duties may include and are not limited to:
- Cut grass, trim around trees, walkways, and memorial markers
- Work safely and comply with the company’s safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work as a team member, communicate effectively with foremen, fellow employees, contractor personnel, and families
- Must show respect and sensitivity toward families and visitors
- Ability to work outside in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment (lawn mowers, string trimmers, etc.)
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass drug test and background check
